PRODUCT:
A bacteria-free, stabilized liquid
concentrate formula containing hydrolytic (degrading) enzymes
with an odor counteractant. Enivro-Zyme 414 HE 10X
is a biologically active, environmentally sound and
biodegradable cleaning product. It is authorized by the U.S.D.A.
as a general cleaning agent for all surfaces, in all departments
of official establishments operating under Federal inspection
program.
PURPOSE:
Enviro-Zyme
414 HE 10X will
enzymatically degrade and solubilize carbohydrates, proteins and
lipid residue; oily films which develop on food contact
surfaces, equipment, floors, counter tops, walls and in drains
of food processing and restaurant facilities. These films trap
moisture and organic waste particles providing an excellent
environment for odor, spoilage and pathogenic bacteria to
proliferate. Enviro-Zyme 414 HE 10X incrementally removes
the oily, grease film and prevents the build up of these
unwanted micro-organisms. Enzymes liquify even those organics
trapped in the microscopic cavities of concrete floors.
APPLICATION
RATES:
Use as
part of a regular daily maintenance schedule to incrementally
reduce the layers of organic accumulation. Mix .5 parts Enviro-Zyme
414 HE 10X with 30 parts water. Product should be
used within 30 minutes of mixing. After general cleaning, spray
diluted Enviro-Zyme 414 HE 10X mixture on all surfaces,
let stand wet for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water. In
initial application to eliminate organic film, use Enviro-Zyme
414 HE 10X as follows: 1 part to 30 parts water. Warm water
can be used. It should not exceed 40°C
(104°F).
After the film has been eliminated, regular daily maintenance
using the .5 parts to 30 parts water should prevent further
build up.

Use a spray nozzle that produces a fan spray not
a fog or mist.

Enviro-Zyme 414HE 10X also contains
uricase, beta-glucanase, and cellulase for ultimate soil release
and removal of odor-containing compounds from urine, also from
vegetable, animal, or food processing waste.
Works to solubilize grease, fats, oils,
starches, proteins, and cellulose; digest these organic waste
materials and allow the product to be rinsed away as well as
broken down in a non-odorous manner.

STORAGE
REQUIREMENTS:
For
optimal shelf-life and keeping qualities, product is best stored
in cool area under 38°C
(100°F),
protect from freezing (below 0°C
or 32°F);
keep container tightly closed.
PRECAUTIONS:
Before using in a food processing plant or
restaurant, food products, and packaging materials must be
removed or carefully protected. Direct eye contact could cause
irritation. Do not apply in a fog or mist.
