Enviro-Zyme® CHZR 214 is an industrial strength concentrate of enzymes and natural microorganisms specifically blended for liquefying and consuming highly concentrated starch compounds. Enviro-Zyme® breaks the chemical bonds between long chain starch molecules forming water soluble sugars which are consumed by the natural microorganisms. Amylase: Digestion of starch
Cellulase: Digestion of cellulosic particles
Lipase: Digestion of fats and oils
Pectinase: Digestion of fruit containing waste
Beta-Glucanase: Digestion of vegetable gums

APPLICATIONS:

Application rates vary with retention times, BOD ranges, water temperatures, pH, sludge build-up, and pond depth. Initial treatment of any waste system should be eight times the volume of Enviro-Zyme® CHZR 214 required for normal preventative maintenance. As a general rule, normal preventative maintenance in oxidation lagoons, digesters, sludge pits, clarifiers, imoff tanks and collection systems is 2 ppm of Enviro-Zyme® CHZR 214 per day. The 2 ppm is determined by the total weight of the waste water in the system.
