Odor×CideÔ
EZ 100X is
designed for use in food service and food preparation facilities
where organic odors and organic accumulation are a problem. When
used as directed, this formulation will enzymatically clean hard
surface areas, inanimate surfaces such as floors, shower stalls,
stools, and drains. In addition, this formulation will deodorize
those areas that generally are hard to keep fresh smelling such
as garbage storage areas, empty garbage dumpsters and cans, rest
rooms, and other areas that are prone to odor caused by
microorganisms. Odor×CideÔ
EZ 100X is a
special blend of enzymes, odor counteractants, and fragrances. Odor×CideÔ
EZ 100X will incrementally breakdown and remove
organic buildup on the surface or in the drain.
APPLICATIONS:
Cleaner, mildewstat, and deodorizer of any
waste system where decaying organics generate odor.

MIXING:
To reduce 100X to 1X, add one part of 100X to 99 parts of water
plus 2% non-ionic surfactant. It has been our experience that
5X, 10X and 15X are the most common strengths used.
1 part 100X plus 99 parts water plus 2% by
weight surfactant = 1X
5 parts 100X plus 95 parts water plus 2% by
weight surfactant = 5X
10 parts 100X plus 90 parts water plus 2% by
weight surfactan = 10X
15 parts 100X plus 85 parts water plus 2% by
weight surfactant = 15X
DIRECTIONS FOR
USE: (After Dilution)
DRAIN ODOR CONTROL-
Pour 60ml directly into drain. The frequency
of application depends upon organic accumulations in the drain
line. If there is just a small amount of odor-causing organics
in drain or P-trap one application may be sufficient. For heavy
organic accumulations, in the drain line, repeat daily until
drain runs free. NOTE: Odor×CideÔ
EZ 100X dilution should be used during the longest
period of non-use, generally at the close of the day.
SURFACE ODOR CONTROL -
Pre-clean surface to be treated and
thoroughly saturate the area with Odor×CideÔ
EZ 100X dilution Let stand wet for 15 minutes and
wipe off with a clean cloth or rinse with water. For very porous
surfaces or hard to clean areas, repeat daily until the surfaces
are clean and odor-free.CLEANING - Hold container 15 to
20 ml from surface to be treated. Spray area until it is covered
with the solution. Allow product to penetrate and remain wet for
10 minutes. No scrubbing is necessary. Wipe off with a clean
cloth, mop or sponge. The product will not leave grit or soap
scum. For heavily soiled area, remove gross soil before
treatment.
MILDEWSTAT -
To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned,
hard non-porous surfaces spray surface to be treated making sure
to wet completely. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly
intervals or when mildew growth appears.
